Important Update:
The Deadline to File a Current Owner Claim
in the MB Blue Tec Settlement was October 1, 2022.

Class Members who did not submit a Valid Claim by the applicable deadline will not receive a Class Member Payment.
At this time, there is no extension on this deadline to install the Approved Emission Modifications ("AEMs") and file a claim in this Settlement.
